Overview of the webinar

Every position, no matter the responsibility level, requires some type of decision-making. In order to make the best choices, critical thinking needs to be activated and refined. Knowing and understanding are not always enough to follow through with problem solving. Being able to create, evaluate, analyze and apply solutions are valuable skills as well. Asking questions is not a negative critique but rather an opened channel towards process betterment. This course also discusses the role of the brain’s frontal lobe and how to prepare our brains for critical thinking. Recognizing the importance of critical thinking skills, encouraging independent discernment, and empowering your staff to cultivate these rational observation skills will produce progressive and valuable ideas, solutions, and end results.

After this course, attendees will be able to build critical thinking skills to help:

  • Make better decisions
  • Recognize faulty reasoning
  • Be more persuasive
  • Communicate more clearly
  • Be more empathetic
  • More easily stand up for beliefs
  • Get better grades

Who should attend?

  • All
  • Human Resource Professionals
  • Hiring Managers
  • Business Owners
  • Leadership Team
  • Employees
  • Supervisors

Why should you attend?

Attending this training will help you and your team grow professional skills and discover how to work towards continued success for yourself, your team, and your organization. It will help you to advance your current success, boost your chances to meet your future goals and aspirations, and to inspire others to follow your lead. Further, this course will help your team better understand company-wide expectations of individuals and teams to achieve desired results. When workplaces incorporate these cultural principles, the work environment becomes a place to look forward to coming into with enthusiasm. If developing your skills aren’t prioritized by you or your organization, you risk individual, team, department, and organizational failure without everyone reaching their full potential.
