Customers of live events, can cancel their order upto 72 hours prior to the start of the live webinars and the Company will issue a full refund.
In case a live webinar is cancelled, for any reason, customer can opt for a full refund or instore-credit or request an alternative product(s) for the same value.
Company will process a full refund to the Customer, if the event has been cancelled and is not rescheduled within 2 weeks from the original scheduled date of the webinar.
Refunds will not be processed if Participants/Customers do not show up for the webinar.
A Webinar may be cancelled due to insufficient attendees or any other unavoidable circumstances, Participants/ Customers will be notified of the same 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.
