With over a decade of teaching experience in academia, Catherine is currently a management lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Armed with a master's degree and a doctorate specializing in organizational leadership from Northeastern University, Catherine's scholarly pursuits revolve around the intricate realm of leadership development.
