Veronica is the Founder and Chief Leadership Coach of VLM Coaching & Consulting and is a certified Executive Leadership Coach and Corporate Trainer who uses coaching and assessments (DISC and 360° feedback), in combination with other training and development activities to improve the effectiveness of organizations by strengthening their leader’s ability to engage, retain and empower their employees which results in lower turnover, higher engagement and higher productivity.  Ms. Matthews received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of Southern Florida’s School of Corporate Training and Professional Education and serves as a DEIBA Instructor for ICLI Rising, the International Coaching & Leadership Institute Rising. In addition to her work with organizations directly, She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Howard University as well as SPHR, SHRM-SCP and DISC and two Coaching certifications.
